Tragedy  follows Jeanne  around . . . Can she really go through it again and survive?  15 years ago she was almost killed in a tragic boating accident and is returning reluctantly to Guernsey following another death. Planning to sell her inheritance – Gran’s old cottage - she has no intention of picking up her old life. But the cottage holds a secret, dating back 60 years, and Jeanne becomes drawn into discovering more. Then a chance meeting with an old crush leads  to thoughts of love. Jeanne, forced to face her demons, relives the tragedy as her lost memory returns. .
