Jeffrey Chapman is a son who just doesn't know how to reach his recluse father. Tom Chapman is a father who just doesn't know how to reach his irresponsible son. Things come to a head when Jeffrey, a talented artist, is arrested for vandalizing the city with a new kind of permanent paint. But is the chasm between father and son nothing more than a matter of perspective?
