Protecting Her

Is she dead? I found her. Lifeless, alone, and in a burning down shack in the middle of a snow covered nowhere. Her small body lie limp in arms as I rushed back to the car. Seeing her this way made me feel something I thought dead. Whoever left this beauty for dead will pay!
