I didn't mean to write a best-seller. I just wanted to write a tell-all about an old Hollywood murder, using a pen name to protect my identity. The next thing you know, the book's off the charts and I'm in demand as a conference speaker. Except it's not me (Mike Braddock in demand. It's Micki Bradford, the Queen of Suspense. So that's how I ended up at a conference in drag, to help find the killer. I wasn't too worried. I was an actor. I could pull off a couple of days, pretending to be a woman... Right?
